Jimmy, It should be blue. A paint mask was used to shield the intake but the theromstat housing got painted . I posted a owner taken photo from 1967 .Bob
Bob Thanks, I actually have that photo too. Got it from the NVSAAC site where about half of the restored engine photos show it non painted!
