This individual had a conversation with the Mustang Marketing Manager of Ford over labor day weekend who said he was presenting a proposal to Ford to re-tool the enforcement the next week. Heard nothing back, which can be interpreted as bad news. Although no further cease and desist letters have been sent out, a company called Mustang Tuning was forced to change their name last week, so it would appear, as that great American philospher, Yogi Bera once said, "it ain't over til it's over."
