I was only there for half of it but the Nor Cal Mini Nats is a great event because of the organizational abilities of the club. For instance the track lunch they put on was impressive, and the track is beautiful (used to be called Sears Point). It is a laid back event and not all of the cars are original Shelbys and'/or Cobras but who cares, replica owners need love too. I like the way they welcomed owners of the new '07 Shelby cars. The grouping of cars together for photography was good idea and of call the cars the one that blew we away was the perfection of a new Kirkham being driven by one of the Kirkham brothers. It was beyond perfect. The hotel is a bit expensive ($4 for a coke!) but there's no rule you have to stay at the HQ hotel to attend the convention. Go next year if you can't make the National SAAC meet
