Automobilia Monterey: think of it as a fancy schmantzy art/literature swap meet

Hey collectors: we booked a table at Automobilia Monterey. In case you didn't know it, the Monterey Historic weekend has now morphed into almost a week of activities , this being one of the first activities starting Tuesday. It is for really hard core literature, art and model collectors and takes place in the Embassy Suites Hotel in Monterey.
Here's the facts from their website. Can't guarantee anybody else will have books on Shelby 'cept us but figure there's lots of Europeans coming and who knows what treasures they have uncovered. Pebble Beach has something similar, but haven't found out the details yet.(will report when I do) Their event has "retro" in the title.

WHEN:
TUESDAY, August 14th, 2007, Noon to 6pm
WEDNESDAY, August 15th, 2007, 10am to 7pm
During Pebble Beach Concours & Historic Race week

WHERE: The Ballroom of The Embassy Suites, located on US 1, just north of 68 [to Laguna Seca & Salinas]; easy access and free parking.

WHAT: ORIGINAL VINTAGE posters, photographs, rallye plates, badges & pins, mascots & hood ornaments, signs, original art, desk & display pieces, scale models, literature & books, signed items, poster stamps, post cards, mosaics, unique scarves/ties/shirts, and the like.

NO reproductions will be sold (NOTE: Wonder where prints fall in this? Prints are by defination reproductions....)

ADMISSION: Only $10 and there is a silent auction.
