Does anyone have any experience on putting the "SHELBY" letters on the back deck of a 69? The back trim was replaced by the previous owner and the letters were never added. I recently purchased a set of NOS letters and now have to decide how to put them on. There are no holes in the trim. Any help would be appreciated. Steve

What I did on my 68 deck lid was find a car with the letters in place, and with the owners permission stretch a piece of masking tape over the length of the letters and trace them. Now take your letters and poke them through the tape over the traced letters, remove them from the tape. Now you can use the tape as a template. 68s are a bit different but this should work for you also. Good Luck Ranger Jerry
