Hi, what would the correct finish be for a 1969 GT500 lower control arm cam bolt and nut?

the assemblyline cam bolt had a hole in the disc portion .The service replacements did not . Also the later replacements had welded reinforcement around the bolt head so it wouldn't twist or spin in the disc . The assemblyline ones had a tendency to do that because they were pressed fit.
