For what its worth, I know that the cobra deadline was not that long ago....maybe 2 1/2 to 3 months ago so i dont think the mustang deadline...

We also have to remember that csx2286 was original slated for a 427...they even lengthened the chassis by 3" before it was decided to be...
I look reading about when they originally tested the first "427" cobra, 2196, and they had the thing on wire wheels at riverside i believe.....
