Usually a year and 1968 Hertz cars do not have any special striping. Most cars were GT350, fastbacks with auto trans and AC.

It does, the blackout was done after the scoops were mounted.
1968 shelbys had the front openings of the upper scoops and the lower scoops should be blacked out
