IIRC the yellow even though listed as a special paint color was actually used to replace the Sunlit Gold color because of all the color matching...
Not sure how its a "numbers matching" w/o original motor. I guess its not my cup of tea either.
If they say SHELBY and not COBRA they could be vintage from Shelby's racing parts division but not original to 65 350

They were stamped at Ford. Not all 68 trannies were stamped but if so it would be on the drivers side upper ear. Tim
That should be a C5 main case (there are no C6) I know of a C8 RUG S but that would be for a 68 500, sorry.
Are you looking for a C5 or C8 main body?
