Re: 67 Shelby rims No one is trying to insult you or your friends car. We are only trying to enlighten you and anyone else who reads this post....
Well they are different but include the same #. Your windshield tag shoul read 8T02S129642 and then the Shelby tag (on the apron) adds the Shelby...
Is there a buck tag? It would be by the passenger side hood hinge screwed on to of the apron. here's a little info for your friend. #825 was...
Re: 67 Shelby rims Not trying to burst your bubble but those are definately not original S7MS wheels. Sorry.
If you are talking new, the verts (most) are still selling for more than MSRP but not the 15K you saw earlier in the year. I got one in December...
There shouldn't be any really noticable noise from the pump. They are fairly easy to rebuild and most vendors carry the kits.
Can't say yet. I'm having too much fun with the pedal all the way down.
Re: 67 Shelby rims Those are later than the 80's reissue version. They are the current repro thats available.
Its screwed onto the top of the right rear fender apron next to the hood hinge. Series of letters/numbers stamped into a 2"x3" plate
Interesting color. Do you have a picture of the buck tag, door tag or build sheet? What car # is it (last 4 digits of Shelby VIN)?

It depends on the dealer. Mine (I'll protect their name) is covering the full warranty providing they installed it. They also did a CAI and tune....
I would agree either could be used, more toward the C8AE (which is the 390/428 pi pulley) used on earlier cars and the C8OE B on later. I was...
They are correct but they show the C8AZ D AC smog pulley as having a C8OE B stamping. I show it to have a C8AE B stamping .
Sent you a pic.
I don't know of anyone rebuilding them and they aren't available as repros. The unique adjuster disc on top of the fronts gives them away so they...
In theory the B should be for a non AC car and the C for an AC car. The reason I say in theory is I have a non AC KR here with the original clutch...
They are pretty much interchangeable (not sure about the pushrod) but if its a 68 Shelby I would expect to see a Midland in there. The engine size...
It was just a different suppler to different plant/times thing. If its got the band around it, its the Midland.
Different systems. Shelby uses the PS cooler and a different pump which utilize the lower junction block. Mustang uses more of a hose to valve and...
You may want to consider having one of the Shelby performance centers convert it to a ShelbyGTSC. That way it is considered a change in model...
The TMI ones are fairly good for solid vinyl. No one (IMO) makes a nice comfortweave.
Comfortweave or solid vinyl?
