Has anyone had 67 Dark Moss green next to a 68 Highland green that can describe the difference? What about any difference between the 68 Highland and the 2001 or 2009 Highland?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
These are way different although they may look similar.Different paint formulas and different paint is used now.Base/clear is much more durable than the single stage paint that was used in the vintage era. There are several color websites that provide the info to the correct colors.Several new Fords use colors similar to the vintage ones.
Are you attempting a color match? or are you doing a repaint?
Try PPG and google it --a personal favorite--
    Keep us posted. P.D.

Thanks for the quick response. It is a repaint, we restore cars. I have all the paint chips, which are useless, and links to all the greens Mustang used -

What we need is someone who has seen these original 1 stage factory finishes side by side to give a testimony as to how they compare to each other. We're looking for the darkest deepest of the 3.
