    I put photo in gallery.

One other thing after looking at various car is the ammeter gauge wiring. I have seen some black and red wiring and others with both red wires. I dont know if this is an early late thing or maybe just running out of one and substituting one for the other during production.

Sure and learning alot about early cars.

It would be a running out or mistake issue. SA bought the wire in bulk and had a lot. Black and red is standard. I don't remember running across one or hearing reports of two red Amp wires before so it must be a rare occurrence. The original wire had "machine wire" printed on it if it is original. Bob

I will check. for writing. Mine had two reds. Cant really prove it had not been changed somewhere along the line.

Chris, that is why I mentioned the writing so you could confirm . Even a mistake is worth noting if there is reasonable proof that it was done at the factory IMHO. You owe me another diet coke. :D

My car also has both Red wires for the Ammeter wiring. Don't know any history about it.

Does anyone know the cutoff number for the two piece exhaust tips to the one piece exhaust tips. Mine, #2100, had the one piece. I remember seeing an original in the 700's had the two piece exhaust tips.

I have #1786, which still has it's original exhaust and tips and they are singles on my car--it moves you down several hundred cars at least.
