Hello fellow Shelby enthusiasts. I live on the Queensland Gold Coast (where a champ car race is hosted each November). My current drive is a 2006 Ford Falcon Typhoon (F6). Go to this site http://www.fpv.com.au/index.aspx and click on the F6 Typhoon link for specifications. You will also notice other FPV models featuring the 5.4 litre twin overhead cams Boss V8 engines on the site, and may be questioning my choice of an turbo in-line 6 over a V8. The reason being that I like to do circuit racing and the lighter and better balanced F6's are quicker around a circuit. I must admit I do miss the V8 burble from the exhaust. I'm coming over Stateside in July to visit my step-son who has taken a job in Minneapolis and will also be catching up with an old friend in Fortuna CA late August, so will try to work Pebble Beach into my itinerary. My F6 which is standard at the moment 300kw (or 405hp) except for 19" wheels. I'll put up a pic in my next post (forum newbie rules).
