i had an issue with my 65 street version clone, that the traction bars were knocking at acceleration and stopping.
As a countermeasure I have installed a sleeve on the bolts and also grease fittings to avoid skqueking!

Now, working on my GT350R clone, I’m in front of the override traction bars again ....and asking myself ...if these dimensions can be work, or the bolt should have a bigger diameter? See also the images..

    Bolt (0,556 inch)
    bracket whole (0,617 inch)
    bushing (0,628 inch )

Who has been running into this subject and fixed it in what a way? Or maybe I’m hunting a death horse?
Are my bolts so much at the lower end tolerance?

Anyhow, I talkeed to VirginiaMustangs, who selling bolts as original (5/8 inch) ...which is 0,625..which would be pretty tied!

When I installed mine the bolts went in tight, had to lightly hammer them in, the tighter the better here, and lube.
