Like a rabid collector I didn't take it out of the box yet but want
to buy either more of these in other colors (I got Gulf livery) or
Motor Max which are larger. I paid $30 for the Beanstalk at a swap meet--is that a good price, Are Beanstalk GT40 concepts still available?
I expect to pay around $48 for the Motor Max if I can find one...I heard Toys R Us once had them and dumped them, too bad I don't go to toy stores often. Did eitehr company ever make a die cast of the production Ford GT (which I think doesn't look quite as good because the wheels aren't as deep dish...)
    Thanks model car fans

I contacted the company you recommended but

they said Beanstalk is out of business. So maybe the listing you showed is old or they haven't deleted the Concept GT40.

Which makes me want a Beanstalk GT40 or MotorMax GT40 all the more.

Not having collected models for some years I had no idea that models that seem everywhere for a while eventually disappear and then are hard to get like out of print books.

I looked at the names of the Board of Directors of Beanstalk and most of them were Ford employees so I got the feeling that it was just a company dreamed up by Ford to promote the Ford GT initially
