I was looking on ebay at the 69 gt500 that is very original to get some ideas for mine. I noticed the Air Canaster is hooked to bracked wit springs. I looked in my trunk and noticed that I do not have that bracket. I have the bracked where the spare bolt bolts, but not braket for the bottle. Is this possible? My GT 500 was built Jan 21st 1969. Is it possible they didnt have hideaway spares at that point?

I found out that my car had the small tires stock, so it had a full size spare.
