Difficult to say without seeing an actual list of modifications (IE: documentation from SAI for what they installed)

Detailed pictures, and a better, well written, highly detailed description will be needed

Finally, was the car converted by the first owner or the second?

25,300 miles: original owner 10,383; second owner added about 15,000. Has been mostly sitting in garage for last year and only driven about once per month to circulate fluids. Shelby was shown at Mecum in Dallas in 2015; second owner had reserve of $65,000 and wouldn't accept lower bids around $50,000; now second owner has lost interest and is willing to negotiate more.
    Thanks for interest.

Don't think the second owner will be happy as current values range from $27,900-$33,500, and that is if the car is truly mint, cleaner than showroom condition, in, out, and underneath. Dealers are asking $32,600-$55,000, but none are moving at anything over 34K for the last several months

is right on the mark based on market demand

This evaluation is right on the mark for pricing for a non KR (only 712 in 2009). The market demand, the high production numbers (3000 of the 2009, 0ver 45,000 GT500 during its and the high mileage (daily driver level) makes this a $30,000 to $32,000 GT500 on a good day. The signature is a nice bonus, but carries little extra value due to the proliferation of CS signatures on cars and memorabilia. The SE upgrades are a slight but bonus but not much. With over 47,000 GT500 cars manufactured from 2007 to 2014, there is enough of them to go around and for sale at much lower values than the asking price for this 2009.

Thanks for input. The analysis makes sense. Thought that the "1 of 24" customized by SAI might have carried more weight. The second owner will be disappointed but as I said, he has lost interest. I'm checking the big Mecum show online from Kissimmee, Florida. Any other thoughts from other Shelby experts will be appreciated.

The 1 of 1 cars have some additional value, even the 2 of 2 cars, but when you get above that, it's "just another Shelby", in this case, there are 23 others out there just like it, and the potential buyers that are after that 1 of 1 car, or 2 of 2 car would not even consider something as "common" as a 1 of 24 car.

If you are expecting to garner huge profits at auction, the car better be cleaner than the day it rolled off the assembly line, in, out, underneath. It also must be something truly special, and no, having CS's signature is not it

    Sell fees
    Insertion/auction fees
Placement fees if you want the car to go over the block during prime time.

    They all add up
