Have a '68 GT500....no rear brake lights on both sides. No rear Hazard lights flash. Front Parking lights do flash. The 2 green arrows on the dash do flash. Directional lights do work front & rear. Headlights switch on front & rear lights work.

I picked up a brake light switch and have not installed it yet.

Have been using a #323 Wagner flasher, which is hard to come by.

Some folks say to start using a #525 flasher, but I always heard not to use a Heavy Duty Flasher.

    Looking for some ideas.

    Thanks.

Lets try that flasher. Then you can stop listening to those people. I dont think it will work.

Try the brake light switch, make sure its the power brake version.

I suggest checking your grounds and replacing the turn signal switch in the column if that doesnt do the trick. Stay with the 323. It is designed for six bulb applications, the heavy duty flashers are designed for two bulbs.

When I had my 68 I got a flasher and opened it up and played with the point gap till it got my turn signals to work right.
