I've had my GT350 since early Jan of '70 and first saw it when it was on the dealer's lot so I'm reasonably sure the trans has never been swapped, but the trans tag has "PEEL" instead of "PEEK". I've been told that K engines got "PEEK" designation C4s. Everything else on the tag appears to be correct, "1967", "289" etc. I haven't been able to find any source on the net that has been of any help. If anyone can shed some light on this, I'd sure appreciate it.
