No specific budget in mind just looking for the one to add to my car collection and be able to drive it, and then pass down to my daughter.
    Send me the info
    I am serious buyer.

I''m sorry to have to ask, and really want you to consider the response, but can you afford to spend 130-180K for the "right car"? If the response is yes, PM me your contact information and I'll forward it to the owners who have cars for sale......

Most enthusiasts would not put these two cars together. It's like saying I would like to buy the Mona Lisa or a real nice poster.

Either you can afford a real car or you can't , just my grumpy old perspective. If you can't, then buying a fake (Eleanor) maybe your only option.

If you can afford it and still buy a fake, then you have made a bad choice in my opinion.

I have 3 car type that I am looking for and will eventually want all 3.
Need to start with 1 first.
Spending $130-180k is not an issue for me for a true 67 Shelby GT500 all original numbers matiching in excellent condition

What ever you do get someone that knows these cars to look it over before you spend the money - LOTS of rebodies (looked a one-two a week for 5 weeks straight for a buyer) and plenty of rebuilt wrecks. Nothing wrong with them if you know they are what they are before - not after :(

I totally agree, those may be out there, but this isn't that.
This car was a fastback from day 1 , factory rear qts, roof and doors,
My vin is 8R02J122151 if you'd like to run a marti report, authentic fastback with no accidents
