LOS ANGELES, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Carroll Shelby International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSBI - News) announced today that its Annual Shareholder Meeting would be held, Wednesday, November 17, 2004, at 10:00 AM local time at the Hilton Hotel at Los Angeles Airport. As outlined in the proxy statement, shareholders will have an opportunity to vote on the election of the Board of Directors for the coming year, and ratification of CSII's independent auditors, BDO Seidman LLP for the year ending December 31, 2003.

Upon completion of the formal portion of the meeting, CSII's President, John Luft, will discuss the company's current performance as well as outline its business plan and strategic objectives for the upcoming year.
