Re: 67 Shock Tower Bracket

Dave,

65-69 EXPORT cars should have reinforced shock tower caps, (thick plates or
washers).

65-66 EXPORT cars have the welded reinforcment bracket, on the edge of
the cowl panel. Not sure for all 67-69 EXPORT cars.

The Export Braces came on many Mustangs other then Shelbys & T-5's. Lot's
of Export braces have been found in junk yards, from Mexico to Sweden. I buy
them and hang on the wall, until we need for a restoration. The REPRODUCTION
braces
are still not exact.
