Re: Shelby traction bars Needed?..

66 Shelby underride bars weld right on, would be sorta correct as they came from an earlier one. Overrides are a pain in the butt to put in, plus leaks and forget it if you have a convertible. You can always bolt on a set of Mr Gasket woopie bars or slapper bars. How red is your neck, do you chew?
Want a real challenge? Change it to staggered shocks. Find the upper mounting frame member and graft it into yours, the shock mounts for the axle plates are easy to find. 2 cents worth, FREE.
