scott Carpenter revisited
Awhile ago confirmed by many that Scott Carpenter did own a Cobra. I heard he was pictured with it in the September, 1967 issue of National Geographic Magazine.
I wrote them a snail mail letter (remember those?) and they said :"Within the issue, there is an image of Scott Carpenter, however, it does not feature a Shelby Cobra. " Now I am hoping that lady might not know what a Cobra looks like. Or has someone seen a picture of him with the car?
