Re: Unique Performance Summary

Some of the titles may or may not be bad but for the cars with the good titles, they are sitting outside uncovered, not good.

There is a list of about 80 guys who are talking to each other, we are all in the same boat, out of $100k to $500k a piece, depending on number of cars.

There was talk about Shelby American finishing the cars but I believe their hands are tied until they know what is going to happen with the cars being held.

Re: Unique Performance Summary

Though part of the problem was reVINing the cars in general.

IF so then every car (sold and on the property) would be in trouble.

Don't understand why (not to suggest I've always understood everything someone else would do) Shelby would be interested in getting even more involved.

Re: Unique Performance Summary

You have about 80+ guys who bought these because they were licensed by Shelby among other reasons, they were suppose to go in the registry, etc.. Since Unique has filed bankruptcy some people have filed suit against Shelby Licensing. My guess is that Shelby could finish the cars for what it will take to defend themselves in legal fees. They sure would make a lot of Shelby fans happy, including yours truly. Their hands are tied for the time being, they are trying to do the right thing, just tough circumstances.

I don't believe the title issue is as big as it is made out to be. I think some cars may have an issue but not a large %, just what I have been told.

It is all just a mess, a bunch of good guys who love cars and a lot of people got shafted. Guys in Australia, United Emirates, everywhere.

Certainly NOT the SAAC REGISTRY! So that right there is a BREACH Of Contract. Be sure to let your attorneys know that fact as it was NEVER SAAC's INTENTION Of letting those "Curs" (Thats Dog Talk) in with Original Cars!

I do not Buy that for one minute. It seems like C.S. prides himself more in launching New Lawsuits and Controversies while Alienating thousands of His loyal Fans at the same time. How many times can Surgeons reattach his NOSE after he continually cuts it off to spite his face??

EASY TARGETS for "TEXAS Con ARTISTS" to take advantage of!! It will sure be interesting to see which of them become Real CONS at the end of all this MESS!
