Any Prices on CS6 & CS8 Shelby's?

I can't seem to find any prices on the "Turn Key" CS6 & CS8 Shelby's. When they were first offered the CS6, it was as a "Turn Key" Car and they listed a Price. Then they offered to the "Do It Yourself" folks in a CS6 & CS8 package. Does anyone here know what the "Turn Key" price was?
David.

I was quoted $18,000 for parts and labor on the CS6 kit. Plus, obviously the cost of the car.

Did that include the Super Charger / Intercooler set up as well?
David.
