DEAN 427CC is on a distinguished road
Smile Dean 427cc

Hi, I'm New To Shelby Forums.

My Dream Car Since They Were New Has Been A 427 Cobra. Who Would Have Ever Thought That If You Went Into Debt At The Time, You Could Have Had Your Dream For All These Years(if You Were Still Alive After All These Years With All That Power At The Becken Of Your Right Foot).

I've Seen The Originals With Ken Miles & The Boys Run At Road America's 4 Mile, 14 Turn Fantastic Race Course (elkart Lake, Wisconsin). 'also Have Seen Many Other Cars Run There And Plan To Join The "northwoods Shelby Club".
They Put On A Great Show At R'a' Every Year, As I Found Out 2 Years Ago After Finding Their Site On The Net And Visited. It's Almost As Good As Some Of The Actual Races There.

So Far, The Closest I've Come To Having That Much Fun Driving Is When I Took My Lincoln Mark Viii Around The Road America Track During Race-day Touring A Couple Years Ago. The Lincoln Is Just A Little Old Stock 281 Cube Engine, But With 4 Valves Per Cylinder, 280 Horses, The Air Leveling Suspension, 4 Wheel Independant Suspension, 4 Wheel Disc Brakes, & A 4speed + Overdrive Trans, It Handles More Like A Sports Car. It Goes Pretty Good For An Old Sleeper. I Did Catch Up To An Old 440 Dodge & Sucked His Tail Pipes For Three Laps Before Passing Him. I Didn't See Him Again, As I Didn't Have Time To Look In The Rear View Mirror.

My New Dream Car Is A Cobra Coupe. I Test Drove One With A 392" 430 Horse Coupe A Couple Years Ago. I Should Have Bought A Used One With A 385 Horse 351 In It When I Had The Chance. After That I Lost That Money In The Stock Market. ' Hope To Get That Money Back Some Year So I Can Get My Dream Car.
