Underbody paint color
Can anybody tell me what the proper underbody color was on a 1968 mustang/Shelby. In inspecting our 1968 G500 I noticed that it was coated with red oxide. Is this the original color or was the final color black.

The primer is red oxide and should show body color overspray and pinch weld blackout overspray.
