Bonjour de PARIS - FRANCE !

Hello there!

I am a Shelby fan who lives in France, in the city of Paris, and my car is a Mustang that has been prepped for racing in historical events.

If it does not remind you anything, just think that "someone" did the same in the 60's!

So I am the driver and the race prepped of my car, a 65 hard top coupe that has been displayed by Ford France at the "Mondial de l'Automobile" in...1994

And my car is still able to ...race !

"SO ? What do ya tink o' zis ?!?"

Re: Bonjour de PARIS - FRANCE !

Sounds like a very cool car. Can you post some pictures of it? Maybe some of the car in action on the track.

Hi, everybody !
Thank you for your inquiries, and I shall be more than happy to post some photos;but, I am not yet familiar with your forum, so, if someone can give a "clue", it will be easier for me to post pics .
I notice that I have "neighbours"! That's great, and I can suggest to stay in touch with you.

I like the "helmet" of Jerry !I use to have one similar a long time ago...

For dates of race, I am pretty sure to be at the international racetrack of Dijon in June to attempt the well known "Coupes de l'Age d'Or" that used to be raced on the Montlhéry Speedway, a few years ago.
And I shall drive my Mustang in the "Tourism Challenge" ! Let me find out the race calendar and I 'll come back with more precise schedule.

This july, it will be the "LeMANS CLASSIC", I want to find a way to be a driver there...But I am a "lonesome" Mustang driver, and Mustang never attempt at 24Hours of LeMans! Only Cobras and GT40 and GT350

My club will offer the opportunity of "a day at the racetrack" on the beginning of may, and I will give also details as soon as I know more, if you feel it is interesting to you to attempt!
I like to train at this type of meeting...
