GT 500/London, England
Good Morning
Just joined up the Shelby Forum. I bought an 07 Model GT500 convertible from the USA late last year. I shipped it over to the UK and recently it passed all statuatory vehicle testing. I picked the car up on 1st March and have had a massive grin ever since. These cars are very rare over here, only seen one on the road, and I am not aware of any convertibles in the UK. I have loads of questions but just first finding my way around here. Regards/Chris

Where abouts in London are you - I'm in Southgate N14...
Are you planning to come to the MOCGB Mustang day at Capel Manor (I think it's the 1st of July)? David

I'm based near Uxbridge nr Heathrow. I haven't joined MOCGB, perhaps I should have a look. I'd certainly be interested in coming on 1st July . Do you know if there are regular meetuings at the Ace Cafe or similar? Cheers/Chris

Have a look at http://www.mocgb.net/forums/. There's a section on Shows and Cruises that lists all the club outings.
Let me know if you are going to Capel Manor, and we should meet up there. Cheers David

Ok looks like the date is 1st July, can't absolutely confirm at the moment but should be ok. It would be good to meet up. What spec is your car?
