Re: 67 GT350 Paxton cars???

Hi to all small block fans. The paxton option was among the rarest of all in 1967.It was cheaper to buy a G.T.500 and very few people understood the real benefits of a blower.Dave Matthews has a post on the saac forum site as Bob has already mentioned, and as you all may know, the option was still available into the 1968 year. What we should ask is are there any original 67 owners that bought the paxton option?I would also think that as fast as they were producing the 67 cars, sending them out with the parts in the trunk makes very good sense. It may have been faster and cheaper for the selling dealer to install the blower. As we have seen/heard/read Shelby American did not give anything away, and they were much more concerned with the race cars--street stuff was secondary.
