No one is trying to insult you or your friends car. We are only trying to enlighten you and anyone else who reads this post. I don't need a high resolution to tell if they are original as I have owned dozens of these wheels and seen probably thousands (I am a MCA gold card Shelby judge) If you see the distinct taper that the original spokes have there is no doubt when compared to your picture. Even the 2nd generation reissue wheels have the taper but have different stem placements and lug seats. So you can see the difference here is an original 10 spoke (this is the 68 version with the 1/8" cast in place spacer,
And here is the 2nd gen issue. As you can see both are distictly different from the one in your pic.
