    2014 or 2015? - GT500

Currently have a 2012 GT500. Was waiting on a 2013, but missed the cut off. Have a chance at a 2014 GT500 convertible in April. My question is with the minor changes to the 14, should I just wait and get a 2015?

There are plenty of 2013's out there, you just have to pay over sticker (dealer markup) for them.

As for the 2015, I believe you will see considerable changes and you'll also have the choice of a Ford manufactured GT350 by then. It all depends upon what you are after.

If you wait until 2015my a complete body style change is planned and say goodbye to big HP. If you want an equivelant to the 13GT500 you better hurry and get either a 13 or early 14. They will be introducing a 14.5 model year for 50th anniv. which will be the end of the GT500 as we know it.

Again, it's all about what you want. For further info or to confirm above comments, go to Team Shelby.

    Good Luck

You should not pay over sticker!!! You just have to look around, fly in drive home, as there are plenty of cars at MSRP!!

As time goes by, this is more and more the case. The dealers still sitting on 2013's will be more apt to lower the price as the 2014 model year GT500's get on the market. Also, just because they are asking for over MSRP, doesn't mean that they would not accept a lower price.
