I'm new to these forums. This is only my second post, the first one was a greeting and introduction.


I have been looking for a Shelby Dakota off and on for a while now. I have seen a few on ebay and a few on some other sites here and there. The problems I'm having is that I'm on the East coast and these shelbys seem to be on the West coast, and by the time I finds the sale adds the trucks are either sold or something has happened.


I was wondering if anyone has any or knows of any Shelby dakotas for sale, or any good places to look?

This is what I'm looking for Preferably, but its not carved in stone:
1. Solid dependable drive (not perfect). I drive my cars.
2. As original as possible, shelby options, drivetrain etc?
3. Miles are not too important? (If it has been painted/restored its fine)
4. I know the interiors for restorations are very hard to come by, as perfect as possible?


I don't mind purchasing one out of state, but that sight unseen idea is scary.
