defective stripes

My 10 Shelby is black on black. the stripes have had small pigments or white freckles in the vinyl since purchase. time to have warranty work done. dealer says this is costly, not my problem. anyone else have this problem with the stripes?

On my 09 Shelby I have had to had the stripes replaced twice... They were peeling (from new), 1st time they were out of centre, 2nd time was a charm..!

No cost to me, both done under warranty ...

The issue has been discussed often for some time over at Team Shelby forums. Correct warranty replacement will do the trick, but it may take some time getting the replacement stripes from SAI.

The stripes from 2010 come from Ford. Shelby GT's were striped by Shelby, which was done from 2006-2008.

oops, correct. I have only heard of S-GT stripe issues. Is there also a common problem on the GT500 stripes? Are the stripes from the same manufacturing material? One would hope that this would be corrected by now.
