Re: Clean-up of '67 taillight frames
Roy,
I have the style with holes in them. Good news is they are each held on by two or threee bolts and none of them are the ones in the middle. Bad news is the ones in place are rusted very badly. The car has been sitting for the past 25 or so years. The frames themselves are somewhat pitted so I dont think any type of liquid polish is gonna work. Looking for something more agressive once I can remove them. Your car looks familiar....was it ever in Florham Park area or Lansdale under the lights show? |

Re: Clean-up of '67 taillight frames
Jerry,
I used to go to NJ SAAC meetings in Florham Park when they were active twenty years ago or so. And I try to make the "Festival Under the Lights" in Lansdale show every year. I'm planning on being there this year too. If you're going to be there, come by and introduce yourself.
