Dash pad cover

Hello,

This may be a silly question so bare with me.
Is there any way a dash pad cover will fit a dash board with no dash pad
beneath it? I made the mistake of throwing my cracked and warped dash pad away.

Thanks.

Joe

Re: Dash pad cover

Not a chance. Just from my point of view, I'd try to return it and get the proper dash pad.

Re: Dash pad cover

Concur with Early. I used "dash skins" for the 66 Vette, and covered over the original dried out, cracked pad. I filled the holes and cracks with spray foam, sanded it smooth, and put the skin over it and it came out like new. Did take a bunch of heat and sunlight to "bake" it a bit and mold it to fit perfectly.
