Cool Re: How can we improve?
One suggestion - an icon or link to a member's gallery either under or beside the avatar.

While it's not a pain to go to the galleries section and find their name to go to their gallery, a little "gallery" icon or link would be a simple, one-click way to get there.

Something like this (in Shelby Forums colors):
