I had a similar situation with my former 68 GT500. apparently, "Salesman" typed the info into the owner's manuals. sometimes incorrectly. in my case, the Original owner of my car had his name and address all listed correctly, but the car's information was for a 68 GT500 Convertible! maybe he bought two cars at the same time?? anyway it all makes us realize that People were still just mere Mortals back then as they are today!
